Court is held the 1st, 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month at 3:00 PM.
The Oneida County District Attorney's Office will have a representative present in court on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month (subject to change due to holidays).
All Criminal Matters, Misdemeanor or higher-level traffic matters must appear in person.
